February 24, 2005	Abstracts	All aspiring congress participants should submit an abstract before the abstract submission deadline. Maximum length: 1 page A4.
June 23, 2005	Contributed 4-page papers	Prepare the paper according to the instructions below, before the paper submission deadline, and submit it using the electronic submission system.
June 27, 2005	Invited and contributed orals	Prepare the oral as a PowerPoint or PDF file according to the instructions below, and upload it to the conference server at least one day before your talk. Note: Congress participants who will give a contributed oral presentation must also prepare a 4-page paper (see above).
June 27, 2005	Contributed posters	Prepare your poster according to the instructions below. Note: Congress participants who will give a poster presentation must also prepare a 4-page paper (see above).
June 27, 2005	Invited papers	Invited authors, who will give an extended oral presentation, will have the opportunity to submit a paper during the congress, for publication in the conference issue of Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion. Instructions for the preparation of the invited papers have been sent by e-mail (reproduced partly here for your convenience).
